All you have to do is bring your luggage, check off the inventory list, go through our briefing and you’re welcome to live more with us!

Generally, every apartment will be equipped with an electric kettle, washer, dryer, microwave, oven, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, mop, bin, fridge, pot, pans, cutlery, utensils and cleaning agent for communal space.

The minimum length of stay is 3 months in compliance to the guidelines of Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. However, the company has preference for 6 months lease and above.

Full sets of new quality bed linens are provided in all Livmore bedrooms for each new move at no charge.  You can also opt to use your own bedlinen. Waterproof mattress protectors are provided to ensure highest standard of cleanliness to your bed.

Yes, you may opt for our professional cleaning services for your room and private bathroom at affordable price.

Submit a soft copy of your passport and work pass or NRIC once we confirm the room type, rate and move in date.

Definitely! We will refund 100% of the security deposit once the room has been reinstated to the move-in condition. Standard cleaning fee will be chargeable upon moving out deducting from the deposit.

Rent can be paid via bank transfer or cheque or cash deposit to our company bank account.

Yes! All most of our apartments have washer and dryer or 2 in 1 washer dryer, and iron board with iron for general use. You are free to use such a facility at no charge.

Fret Not! If aircon or any appliance have issues due to wear and tear (with the exception of apparent abuse), we will be responsible and will send our maintenance team to resolve promptly.

Your friend is allowed to visit. Prior approval shall be obtained for stay over guests in compliance to our house rules.

Yes! Based on your requirement, our staff will recommend accordingly.

Sorry. Pet is not allowed in all our apartments at the moment.

Yes. Cooking is allowed as all our apartment is equipped with kitchen and basic cookware, utensils and cutlery. You are required to clean up the space after used.
